    DINING
The Boheme - Enormous paintings by Elsie Ject-Key grace the walls behind the plush banquettes in this fine-dining restaurant. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a Sunday jazz brunch are served. Lunch includes attractions such as roasted-duck Cobb salad as well as soups, pastas, sandwiches, and seafood. Dinner highlights include Chilean sea bass crusted with parsley and pecorino and linguine with clams and lobster in addition to steaks and chops.

Klimt Rotunda - Displaying six Klimt drawings, housing the Imperial Grand Bösendorfer Piano, and looking out on City Hall, this round café serves as the hotel's musical heartbeat. The style is Vienna or Prague: little black-marble tables, black velour banquettes and chairs, black-and-white tile floor, dropped, gold-leaf ceiling containing crimson lights. Music nightly. Cocktails, imported beer, appetizers.

The Bösendorfer Lounge - Named after the Bösendorfer piano in the Klimt Rotunda, this spacious, hardwood-floor lounge serves cocktails and the same menu as the Klimt Rotunda. The bar ceiling is golf-leaf, marble bar and columns are black, hanging lights are red, and the rotating harlequin perched atop a column is multi-colored and wistful. A DJ plays on Friday and Saturday nights following jazz sessions in the Klimt Rotunda.

Starbucks - Coffee drinks, light meals, pastries.

Room service is available 24 hours.

    AMENITIES & SERVICES
What to expect: Unexpectedly big-city, middle-European in look and sensibility for a hotel in semi-tropical Central Florida, the Grand Bohemian caters to discriminating business travelers and to vacationers seeking Orlando's thriving cultural scene. The hotel itself—ranked by Travel + Leisure as one of the world's top 500 hotels—is a focal point of that scene, beginning with a small Euro-lobby featuring black columns, black and white marbles, a barrel-vault ceiling lined by tiny Smalti Italian tiles of brilliant red and gold, and a bronze sculpture by Larry Young.

Amenity highlights: Designed by Austrian architect Hans Hollien and valued at $250,000, the hotel's Imperial Grand Bösendorfer Piano (one of two in existence) features gold-leaf inlays, a hydraulic lid, and brass legs. For relaxation, a sixth-floor pool deck festooned with blossoms and greenery provides a 45-by-22-foot lap pool, a four-person spa, and, for shade, an all-white, fabric-draped gazebo containing five glass-and-wrought-iron chandeliers. A short flight of stairs leads from the deck down to a secluded arbor with tables for fresh-air reading and dining.

Insider tip: Although guides from the hotel's art gallery escort guests on a tour of the Grand Bohemian's extensive art collection twice daily, self-guided tours are possible for guests who request a copy of the art catalog at the front desk.

While the hotel primarily appeals to adults, the Grand Bohemian doesn't slight children, offering Heavenly Cribs for infants and bedtime stories by telephone for older children. Business travelers enjoy 24-hour access to a full-service business center.
