The 15-story hotel offers 400 guestrooms in the Crowne Wing and the Atrium Tower. Room decor is subtle, with subdued colors and textures. Some guestrooms have floor-to-ceiling windows and some offer views of the pool below. Amenities include beds with pillowtop mattresses, bathrooms with makeup mirrors and scales, and in-room safes and CD players. Nintendo 64 video-game consoles are provided as well. Internet access is via either dial-up or high-speed cable; a fee applies for both types. Cable TVs offer premium channels.

The full-service restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner and is located on the ground level floor of the hotel, with a pool and courtyard view. Open since June of 2002, this 15-story Crowne Plaza has an Art Deco decor that is influenced by hotels in Miami’s South Beach. The Crowne Wing houses a conference center and most of the guestrooms. There are also guestrooms in the 15-story Atrium Tower; these are arrayed around a circular atrium with glass elevators. Amenities include a freeform heated outdoor pool, a large fitness center with dressing rooms, and a game room. There are two restaurants on site as well. Parking is free and complimentary transportation is offered to Universal Orlando (including Universal Studios), SeaWorld, and Walt Disney World Resort (which encompasses the four Disney theme parks).
